eBilling

Semester bills for tuition and fees are issued to students electronically as eBills. EBilling has replaced mailing of paper bills and allows for faster delivery of tuition bills while reducing the use of paper and postage. 当电子账单可供查看时, students receive a notification email with instructions at their YCP email address.

重要提示: Your eBill WILL reflect your estimated financial aid; however, your account balance and transaction history WILL NOT reflect your estimated financial aid until the aid is disbursed approximately 10 days prior to the start of the semester. All financial aid is estimated based on enrollment and is subject to change.  If you are expecting financial aid that does not appear on your eBill, 请致电717与财务援助办公室联系.815.1282.  在网上付款时, please adjust the payment amount to the amount due as shown on your eBill.

EBills will be available weekly for students registering or making changes to their schedule after the initial semester billing date through the drop/add period. EBills issued after the due date for the semester are due upon receipt.

  • Will I continue to receive a paper bill mailed to my permanent address?

    你将不再收到邮寄的纸质账单.  eBills are replacing paper bills to ensure faster delivery and to reduce environmental waste.  You are able to download and print your eBill if you require a paper copy.

  • When will my eBill be available for the upcoming semester?

    Payments will continue to be accepted in the form of cash or check in the 业务办公室.  Online payment options are Electronic Check (ACH) at no charge. Credit/debit cards are also accepted online through Transact Campus, Inc.  A 2.85% convenience fee will be charged on all credit/debit card transactions. A $75.00 returned check/ACH fee will be applied to student accounts due to any type of returned payment.

  • Can my parent/guardian view my eBill and make online payments?

    You may set up a parent or guardian with proxy access so they can view your eBills and make payments on your account through YCPWeb为家长. If your parent or guardian typically pays your tuition bill, YCP鼓励您将此人作为代理. For detailed instructions on setting up proxy access, please go to YCPWeb为家长.

  • When will my eBill be available if I register on or after the initial eBill posting date?

  • What if I make a change to my schedule that results in additional charges or credits to my account?

    If you make a scheduling change after receipt of an eBill that results in an additional charge or credit to your account, you will receive a new eBill at the end of the week reflecting the change. EBills posted after the due date for the semester are due upon receipt.
