十大正规网投平台的承诺 Program (YCPP) provides eligible graduates from York County high schools with a valuable opportunity to attend York as part of a cohort of fellow scholars in a shared living-learning community. Scholars will benefit from enhanced support and development with academic advising, work-study job 机会, specialized programming, service-based volunteerism, and tuition-free attendance at York 大学.

    • 学生 will be full-time, first-time students from York County. 
    • 学生 must have graduated from a York County high school in good standing, 或者在约克郡接受过家庭教育, 至少有一个2.5 .高中GPA. 
    • 学生 must enroll at York 大学 in the fall immediately following their high school graduation.

    • Published tuition and general fees are covered for four years, or a maximum of eight regular terms* (nine terms for appropriate fall clinical nursing students).

    • 学生 may use other forms of financial aid to pay for other education-related expenses, 包括书籍, 住房, 餐计划, 以及其他出席费用.

  • Requirements for Maintaining Scholarship Eligibility

    Requirements for Maintaining Scholarship Eligibility

    The Promise scholarship is awarded for a maximum of four years (8 semesters). To continue to receive the Promise award, scholars are required to:
    • 住在校园里. Manor Complex will serve as a Living-Learning Community where all scholars are required to live for their first year.
    • 保持最少2个.0的绩点. 
    • Complete at least 30 credit hours toward degree completion each year. 
    • Maintain full-time, continuous enrollment every regular term. 
    • Complete the Be the Change First-Year Seminar during the fall semester of your first year. 
    • Contribute 20 or more hours of volunteer engagement each academic year (approximately 10/semester) through the 斯巴达志愿者网络.
    • Actively participate in the Promise program, events, and activities 
    • Remain in good standing (academically, financially, and socially) as a YCP scholar. 
    • Complete all forms, documents, and clearances required by York 大学.
